Gastropub with patio. Now Magazine-NNNN (4 N’s) March 2005. “The other day I did something I haven’t done in a while. I ate spinach. The dish in question was a spinach salad at Cabbagetown gastro-pub, The House on Parliament. It was excellent, the greens showered with toasted pecans, fat mushroom slices and red onion confit. Crowning the salad like the Koh-I-Noor diamond was a gleaming nugget of breaded goat cheese.” -Amy Pataki, Toronto Star (October 4, 2006)
