Cabbagetown’s largest event of the year, the Cabbagetown Festival will be Saturday September 12th and Sunday September 13th, 2015.  Learn more below.

Opening Ceremonies
2pm SATURDAY, SEPT 12
Parliament and Carlton at TD Bank

Join us as we officially kick off the Cabbagetown Festival with host Anthony Farnell of Global News and special guests including Canadian comedian Luba Goy, our MPP for Toronto Centre Glen Murray, Cabbagetown BIA Chairman Bill Renieris and many more. Live entertainment will be provided by Toronto All-Star Big Band and the traditional sacrifice of the sacred cabbage will take place. Bring your cameras and smiles!

Families will have the chance to enjoy music, one-of-a-kind artisan vendors, a Children’s Fun Zone, a free morning of pancakes, Highway 11 Cruisers car club, Nick’s Family Buskers, Silver Elvis, clown Mighty Mike, a Doggy Photo Booth and more! See below for activities.

Children’s Fun Zone
Saturday: 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. and Sunday: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
A special place just for kids – to have fun and express their creativity, returns to Parliament Street and Gerrard Street after its successful inaugural year. A children’s fun zone is presented by Astro Amusements, “The finest in midway entertainment for festivals, fairs and street parties!”

The Riverdale Farm Fall Harvest Festival
Saturday & Sunday: 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Cabbagetown Theatre Company*
12 noon, 1 p.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. Tickets are $5 and are available at the door*
The Cabbagetown Theatre Company presents the “we-take-liberties-with-all-kinds-of-fairy-tales” production of Goldilocks: Beyond The Bears – a panto-style comedy for all ages at the 2015 Cabbagetown Festival.
