Founded over 40 years ago, in 1976, Cabbagetown Festival is one of Toronto’s longest running and most beloved street festivals. A true community event, the festival is hotly anticipated within the historic neighbourhood, and throughout the city. Taking over the main streets of the neighbourhood for two days, locals and visitors from across the GTA come together to enjoy this family friendly, entertainment packed weekend. SORRY Cabbagetown Festival is no longer accepting vendor applications for 2018. Any forms completed below will be considered VOID.

PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING TWO STEPS.

Both steps must be completed within 48 hours or your application will be considered void. Food vendors, be sure to include your Toronto Public Health Form.


Step One) Complete the vendor application form using the STEP ONE button below.

Step Two) Download your payment form using the STEP TWO button below, which must be mailed with proof of insurance as outlined below, within 48 hours of completing STEP ONE.
Food Vendors: If you are a food or food truck vendor, make sure to also include your completed Toronto Public Health Form which you can download using the button below. Food vendors must complete and submit parts 1, 2 and 3 in full of the Toronto Public Health Form. No exceptions. Incomplete forms will be considered void.

STEP TWO    TORONTO PUBLIC HEALTH FORM

INSURANCE:

As outlined on the payment form, each vendor is responsible for their own individual expenses incurred in the setting up and the operating of their own booth including their own liability insurance. A copy of your current insurance policy must be submitted with the payment form in order to get final approval to attend the festival. The Cabbagetown BIA and City of Toronto, must be listed as additional insured, as follows:
