Founded in 1976, the award-winning Cabbagetown Festival is one of Toronto’s longest-running and most beloved street festivals. The Cabbagetown Festival will be returning again, bigger than ever! - inviting over 100,000 locals and visitors across the GTA to enjoy a family-friendly, entertainment-packed weekend, including live music performances, fantastic food, Kid’s Zone, and over 200 unique vendors from Cabbagetown and beyond!

Vendor Categories & Super Early-Bird Vendor Fees:
Not for Profit: $245 + HST
We welcome non-profit organizations and charities to activate on-site
Handmade in Canada: $370 + HST
We are looking for local vendors selling handmade goods and products.
Includes both food and product businesses.
General Retail & Service Vendors: $675 + HST
Selling a product or service? Get your brand in front of tens of thousands of attendees.
Includes food and product businesses from outside Canada and/or have grown to a fuller-scale production model.
Alcohol Vendor: $675 + HST
We are looking for vendors selling handcrafted alcohol for attendees to take home to enjoy, and/or sampling onsite.
Food Vendor: $850 + HST
We are looking for vendors selling delicious cooked or prepared on-site food and/or non-alcoholic beverages for attendees.
Food Truck/Trailor: $1,170 + HST
We are looking for food trucks offering tasty meals and snacks for attendees

INSURANCE: All non-BIA vendors must have proof of $2,000,000.00 comprehensive general liability insurance. Each vendor is responsible for their own individual expenses incurred in the setting up and the operating of their own booth including their own insurance. A copy of your current commercial liability insurance policy must be submitted in order to obtain final approval to participate in the festival.
The Cabbagetown BIA and City of Toronto must be listed as additional insured, as follows: Board of Management of the Cabbagetown Business Improvement Area (BIA) c/o City of Toronto, Economic Development & Culture, 100 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON M5H 2N2.
FEES INCREASE DECEMBER 21, 2024
