Cross-Promotional Partnership w/ The Doubletake Store

Please see below for a message from The Doubletake Store of the Yonge Street Mission. Cross-promotional partnerships with other businesses and community organizations can be a great way connect with new audiences!

Hi Fellow BIA members,

My name is Samantha from Double Take Thrift, affiliated with The Yonge Street Mission, here in Cabbagetown.

As you may know, due to the construction that may begin next year, Double Take will be temporarily closed until we move into our new space. We launched our website last year, and we are trying to ramp up our online sales to support us through this time of construction.

As we are mainly a second hand clothing retailer, we’ve been able to partner with businesses that are selling something different to us in the past. For example, we’ve had a picnic theme where The Epicure Shop provided a curated selection of treats and we provided clothing that would fit the picnic theme.

These collaborations would involve a photoshoot, either at one of our businesses or another location, and a special collection of garments on the Double Take website to fit the theme. As well as all content being shared on our social media platforms with your business's information. We hope to create a stronger community together for us all!
