Free Meal Programs Available in the Community

If you know or see someone in need of a hot meal, several local organizations are offering free meal programs throughout the week. We have created a postcard with the details. Copies are available at the BIA office at 237 Carlton St.

Drop-in meal services are available daily at locations such as Margaret’s Drop-In (323 Dundas St. E.), CRC 40 Oak (40 Oak St.), and Toronto Harbour Light (160 Jarvis St.), ensuring that everyone has access to nourishing food.

Special meal services are also available, including programs at the 416 Centre for Women (416 Dundas St. E.) for female-identified individuals and Haven Toronto (170 Jarvis St.) for men aged 50+.

These programs offer not only food but also a welcoming space for community members in need. Whether you’re looking for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there are multiple options available every day of the week. If you know someone who could benefit from this, please share this information!
