We live in an amazing community so let's celebrate it! This year, the BIA is proud to present a day to celebrate the people and businesses that make Cabbagetown so special.
We will be inviting the community to join us once again on Saturday, December 10 for Holiday in the Patch - a day of caroling, live music, photos with Santa, and lots of fun for the whole family!
This fun FREE event takes place Saturday, December 10th, 1 - 5pm across The Cabbagetown BIA!
BUT WHAT'S GOING ON IN THE PATCH?
Santa's Village - Santa will be landing his sleigh at the BIA office, 237 Carlton, to take photos with his Cabbagetown kiddos starting at 1:30 pm!
Scavenger Hunt - Families can pick up a map and paper bag from the Family Fun Zone, where they will start their quest to visit every business on the hunt! At each stop, kids will get a stamp and a good, like a candy cane, an ornament, small toy, coloring book, or more! Thanks to our friends at Spin Master, there will be amazing prize packs to be won by those who complete the Hunt!
Family Fun Zone - Join us on Carlton Street, east of Parliament, for our Family Fun Zone! There will be outdoor games, face painting, music, and surprise visits! Here, families can also pick up their Scavenger Hunt cards before searching for treats all around the BIA.
Toy Drive - We are thrilled to be partnering with Toronto Police Service 51 Division on their annual Toy Drive. Donation bins will be located at the Family Fun Zone.
Carollers and Singers - Follow our wonderful singers as they bring holiday cheer up and down Cabbagetown!

Menagerie Pet Shop @ 549 Parliament St. This is the place to be! Bring your pets for FREE fun holiday-themed Poloroid photos you can take home with you! Holiday backdrop, props, and hats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own! As well, come warm up by the fish tanks with some free hot chocolate! There will also be free treats & samples for pets!
St. Jamestown Steak & Chops @ 516 Parliament St. Hot cider will be available. Plus, there will be deals and specials at their deli and butcher throughout the day!
