Better Buildings Navigation & Support Services provides building owners, operators, and property managers support navigating the process of improving the energy efficiency of their buildings and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. These improvements help decrease operating costs, increase occupant comfort, and improve the overall value of buildings.

Eligibility
Owners, operators and property managers of most Commercial, Industrial, Institutional and Multi-Unit Residential buildings in Toronto are eligible to participate. Examples include Offices, Shopping and Retail, Hotels, Long Term Care Homes, Warehouses, Condominiums and Apartments.
Owners and managers of apartment buildings can also benefit from the City’s Hi-RIS retrofit and STEP benchmarking programs.
