CABBAGETOWN BIA IS LOOKING FOR ROAMING PERFORMERS TO SERENADE OUR COMMUNITY THIS SUMMER.
Are you an enthusiastic talented musician with a passion for entertaining residents of the community? Our summer Roaming Performers application offers the opportunity for singers and musicians to showcase their talents to the Cabbagetown community. As a Roaming Performer, you will have the exciting role of performing for patio-goers and patrons around Cabbagetown.

If you have a passion for music and enjoy performing, we invite you to apply. This summer, we aim to fill our neighbourhood with enchanting melodies only live music can provide, and we need you to make it happen!
Key Dates and Times: July 3rd - September 8th
Performances will take place 4 days a week, with rotating talented throughout the duration of the summer. Shift options are:
Thursday: 6:00pm - 8:00pm ($150/shift)
Friday: 6:00pm - 9:00pm ($225/shift)
Saturday: 11:00am - 3:00pm ($300/shift)
Sunday: 11:00am - 1:00pm ($150/shift)
Compensation per performance is the same no matter the number of performers.
Key Requirements and Responsibilities:
Exceptional vocal and/or instrumental talent, with the ability to supply your own instrument for performances.
Engage audiences around Cabbagetown by performing popular and classic hits - or occasionally your own!
Capability of traveling between different areas of the BIA to perform with ease - no large groups or bands over 3 members.
Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, creating memorable experiences for your audience throughout the duration of your shift.
Ability to adapt and perform in outdoor environments.
Most importantly, a passion for music and performing!
